Biography
There are two versions of my bio. The shorter one is designed to be reproduced for marketing purposes.
Jesse Albright is a consultant and project manager delivering highly effective software teams. He is an independent consultant as President of Information Electric Solutions based in Atlanta Georgia, a computer and management consulting firm dedicated to improving leadership in Information Technology and software development. Jesse has several years of software development and information technology project management experience, starting with client server network projects in the 1990’s. As a leader in the software quality movement, Jesse has managed teams at Dun and Bradstreet Software, Electronic Data Systems, Delta Air Lines, and Manheim Auctions, delivering superior productivity and quality. As a Project Manager at Delta Air Lines, in 2006, he implemented the CRM for Delta Air Lines after automating Delta's Consumer Marketing and Consumer Affairs systems. He managed CRM projects from the feasibility to the implementation stage. These projects spanned several technology platforms as well as different continents. And, it was more of a comprehensive strategy that integrated every high priority customer and backend system, including ERP. Jesse has presented and published articles in Information Technology and Software Development such as, "The Relationship between Quality and Software Methodology", where he integrated the leading platforms and methodologies into comprehensive project management plans. All of Jesse’s project plans catered to early customer involvement and satisfaction. His last presentation was on Six Sigma and RFID in the financial and banking industry. He holds a MBA degree in Marketing from Clark Atlanta University, an MS degree in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University, completing his computer science graduate thesis on Artificial Neural Networks, and he has an undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia, USA. Shorter Biography for Conference Brochures and Articles Jesse Palmer Albright leads a computer and management consulting firm focused on improving the performance of businesses technology projects. He has years of information technology project management and software development experience developing CRM and other strategic projects. Jesse is a leader in the software quality movement through his involvement in the development of Integrated Software Methodologies. Recently Jesse has been focusing his attention on business agility and enterprise scale software transitions through a synergy of Customer Relationship Management and Wireless Technology with Six Sigma continuous process improvement projects.
